These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of templatesdesk.com (the "Site") and any templates purchased through it. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
TemplatesDesk is a trading name of Halo Enterprises Limited, Plot A66, off Palabana Road. We sell editable, ready-to-use document templates across categories including accounting, HR, sales, legal, real estate, and more.
Templates are sold as digital files (Word, Excel, PDF, or Google Sheets depending on the product) delivered by download link, not as physical goods. Descriptions, formats and file types shown on each product page are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them.
Prices are set in US Dollars (USD), which is our base currency. The Site may display prices in other currencies for convenience, converted at an approximate rate; the amount you are actually charged is confirmed at checkout in the currency you select.
Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. By completing a purchase you agree to Flutterwave's applicable terms for the payment method you use (card, bank transfer, or mobile money, depending on your currency and country).
Templates are delivered digitally, typically by email, once your payment has been confirmed. There is no physical shipping. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct — see our Refund & Digital Products Policy for what happens if a download doesn't arrive.
Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use it under the terms set out in our Template Licence. Purchasing a template does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design to you.

To the extent permitted by law, TemplatesDesk / Halo Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or the templates, including losses arising from decisions made using a template's content.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
