This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used on TemplatesDesk, and why we use them.
1. What we use, and why
- Currency preference (local storage): when you choose a display currency, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the Site remembers it as you browse between pages. This stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- Payment processing (third-party): when you open the checkout window, our payment provider Flutterwave may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Flutterwave's own policies, not ours.
- Font delivery (third-party): the Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers that may log standard technical information such as your IP address.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or sell any browsing data to third parties.
2. Controlling cookies and local storage
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. If you clear your browser's local storage, your saved currency preference will reset to USD, our default currency.
3. Changes to this policy
If the tools we use on the Site change (for example, adding analytics in future), we'll update this page to reflect it.
